I like Emerson Hystand (nurse trait) and Alyx Grey (super overtake), both of which can max out at 20 in every category.įor designers, I'm split. Susan Matthews gets to 20 across the board, but her special traits aren't that special. Paul can produce a 2nd part for no extra cost or time and Jenny can help crank out parts quickly if the lower tier add-ons are too risky in the beginning of the season (oh man that came in handy for me). Other designers I've tried out over time were Paul Trenoweth and Jenny Whitehouse. If you're in the WMC Paddy Lock is a great pick up if you can afford it, dude always has good development options available for parts and his perks are also very useful as well without the infrastructure needed to access the higher end ones. Kai Gosselin is also another good pick as well, but he doesn't grow nearly as fast as the previous two.ĭesigner wise I know some people love Scott Moore for the insane part development he can open up due to his part building perks, though you need every part production facility in order to utilize properly. Susan Mathews is unemployed for 2016 but will quickly get picked up by other teams during the 2016-2017 offseason. Issue with Barbosa is that he's tied to Silva Racing at the start, and if you don't buy him out of his contract in the first few races of 2016 he won't accept any offers from you unless you're in the WMC. Both have great growth rates (3% and 9% respectively) and will definitely grow into incredible mechanics for any of your racing needs during your career. Personally, I like Susan Mathews and Alex Barbosa as mechanics. With enough information about the best drivers being passed around I'd like to know if anyone has any preferences towards certain mechanics and designers in their playthroughs.
