New Tubing Park Open! JanuNews Turin, NY – Snow Ridge Ski Resort held a soft opening of its tubing last weekend while mother nature delivered a blanket of much anticipated lake effect snow. It’s been a brute of a year, but at least we were able to ski and ride together all winter. I think that’s about it for now! Again, thank you so much to everyone who has helped make this season possible. We’re thrilled to have you all and we look forward to skiing and riding with you the rest of this season and next! Get all the details on the park jam here! To close out the ’20-’21 snow season, we’ll be holding our Post-Season Park Jam! The tubing center will be turned into a one of a kind, lift serviced terrain park for one day only. Get all of the details on the pond skim here! Human curling, snow kayaking, the scavenger hunt and Snow Ridge trivia were all a blast! We’ll revisit the plans for a big party next season to celebrate 75, errrr 76, years of sliding on snow at the Ridge!Īnd now, we look forward to our absolute favorite day of the year, POND SKIM! On Saturday, March 20th (Sunday if the weather looks better), we’re celebrating a season that has truly been unlike any other. Now that we’ve taken care of business, we can talk about the fun stuff! We hope that many of you were able to enjoy some of our 75th Anniversary activities this past Saturday. Need a quick refresher on all of the health and safety guidelines? Give them a read here! This means that even when you’re grilling in the parking lot or watching one of our outdoor spring activities, face coverings need to be worn by everybody. As has been the case all season, the ONLY times that you do not need to wear a face covering are when you’re actively skiing or riding down the hill or seated for food and drink. As much as we encourage and enjoy all of these activities, MASKS ARE STILL REQUIRED. With warmer weather arriving, that undoubtedly means more tailgating in the parking lot, lounging in the sun, and enjoying the new Tavern patio. We ask that everyone continue to follow all of our health and safety protocols to keep each other safe and finish out the season on a high note. With that said, the season is still going strong and we have to stay sharp. We can’t thank you enough for helping us make this season possible. Spring at the Ridge!
